Every project below was delivered confidentially for an agency partner. Details are shared with permission, identifying information omitted by agreement.
A mid-size marketing agency needed to consolidate data from 12 disparate platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and seven proprietary client platforms, into unified reporting dashboards they could present to clients in real time.
We designed and built a custom ETL pipeline with a normalized data model capable of ingesting, transforming, and reconciling data from all 12 sources on a scheduled and on-demand basis. A custom React dashboard layer was built on top, with client-configurable views and automated report generation.
Reporting time cut from 3 full days to under 4 hours per client cycle. The agency now presents live dashboards in client meetings rather than weekly static decks.
The agency was losing more than 15 hours per week across their operations team to manual proposal generation, project kickoff administration, contract creation, and client onboarding: tasks that required the same information assembled in different formats for different purposes.
We designed an AI-driven automation system that connected their existing CRM, project management tool, and document storage. When a deal moved to 'Proposal' stage, the system triggered a scoped document generation pipeline using a combination of structured data extraction and an LLM layer to produce first-draft proposals, SOWs, and onboarding documents.
600+ staff hours recovered annually. The operations team's administrative workload dropped by 70%, and proposal turnaround time compressed from 3 days to same-day.
The agency had won a large e-learning platform contract for a healthcare client: a React-based platform with video streaming, assessment engines, progress tracking, certification management, and HIPAA-compliant data handling. The timeline was 10 weeks. The agency had no in-house engineers with the required depth.
We deployed a complete white-label team: two senior frontend engineers, one backend engineer, a DevOps specialist, and a QA engineer, all operating under the agency's communication channels, email domain, and project management tools. The client had no visibility into DevLab6's involvement at any stage.
Platform delivered on schedule and within budget. HIPAA compliance requirements met. Client launched with zero attributable issues post-handoff. The agency retained the client for a second phase engagement.
The agency was building a B2B SaaS product for their client: a workflow tool that needed to integrate with Salesforce, Slack, Jira, GitHub, and a proprietary data warehouse. Each integration required different authentication patterns, rate limiting strategies, and data transformation logic.
We designed and built a unified API gateway layer that abstracted all third-party integrations behind a consistent internal interface. Each connector was built with retry logic, webhook ingestion, and transformation pipelines. We also built a developer-facing webhook registry so their client's enterprise customers could configure their own integrations.
Time-to-integrate for new third-party connections dropped from 3 weeks to under 4 days. The SaaS product shipped its integration marketplace 6 weeks ahead of schedule.
